Elisa Schwartz brings a uniquely multifaceted career to her role as Director of Operations. Her path has included theater, law, two decades in television production, and political campaign work. Actress. Law. TV. Politics. Purpose. A career built on pivots, each one more intentional than the last. After discovering a passion for public‑good work in 2018, she joined Volunteer Collective in 2023, where she helps deepen volunteer engagement and strengthen community connection across Los Angeles.
